Happy Holidays everyone! Thought I'd share my cook from Thanksgiving with you. Did a 12 lb Turkey

Not brined but rubbed with Weber Brown Sugar Dry Rub and basted with melted butter throughout the cook. On top rack had a 9lb Prime Rib Roast dr rubbed with Tuscan Spice by Tone. Used a combination of Pecan and Cherry buried under Weber Briquettes...it was Fantastic! Hope all my brothers and sisters had a very blessed Thanksgiving! GrillOn! SmokeOn! Cheers
