Lodged with left over pulled pork, shredded jerk chicken legs, cheese (cheddar, jack and mozzarella) and black beans. Topped with an avocado salsa, roasted poblanos, cilantro and a roasted poblano crema

Thanks! What temp did you have the kettle at? Did you just use the same temp as recommended by the frozen cooking instructions? Also how do you like the XR 50?

Kettle ran around 400° which I believe is 25° below the reccomend temp, I went in frozen into some bacon fat and got them coated then closed the lid. After 20 I flipped and let go for another 20 then topped.
XR50 is as easy too use as the smoke and built really well. I found it very intuitive and easy to use straight out of box with no reading necessary. I kinda built the ssp around the sns 2.0 and XR50 so it will be interesting to see if it leaves for a cook on a different kettle or if I will grab for the smoke .
