Tonight's cook was some simple brats . And I wanted to try one of Malcome's new videos he recently put out. He does a cheesy jalapeño dip that looks awesome . So I make some. Threw it all together in the cast iron skillet. Turned out good! Of course melted cheese is a bit greasy , but who cares! Didn't have much time to take many pics. Chasing a one and two year old around will do that! If u guys and gals are looking for something different . Give this a try !
