I inquired via phone with dicksonbbq, and the guy--who'd apparently just spoke to one of the owners--said that they would ship to the US, and that it "wouldn't be too bad," regarding shipping cost. However, he said he couldn't give me a shipping amount, and I needed to contact their customer service via email, and they would provide a quote. I sent the email on September 25th. I've not heard anything from their customer service.
I can tell you, without a doubt, don't even bother with kerrisdalelumber.ca. They are a dealer of Weber kettles, and have the Master Touch in the desirable colors. They're located in Vancouver, so I figured shipping to me--in California--might be less expensive compared to Dickson in Toronto. Wrong. They could not do any better than $304, just for the shipping! Which is absolutely ridiculous. I'm willing to bet that I could order from Europe, and get a better shipping cost.
Last time I checked it was around $100 to ship to Cali from Dicksonbbq.
I paid $312 US for dicksonsbbq to send a kettle to CA. The shipping costs vary from day to day but my shipping was equivalent to $60 US

Thanks to all. I emailed Dickson three days ago, inquiring about shipping
to the US. No answer. Maybe they are making too much money. And yes,
it might be easier to deal with Europe.
Past week was thanksgiving in Canada so May be shops were closed or swamped .
