Found a non-gas SSP near me, so I decided I would finally pull the trigger on a project I first gave thought to last year after picking up a Sage One Touch Platinum.

Bonus points if you noticed that I also switched up the SSP frame to bat left-handed. Things I like about the upgrade: 1) The charcoal bin. It's much bigger in person than in pictures; 2) the little tray that fits where the propane tank would hang--perfect spot for lighter cubes; 3) Sturdiness. Feels rock solid. Much easier to move with the built-in handles.; 4) Stainless. Steel.
Now, if there was only a use for a One Touch Platinum Cart . . .

I'm curious, what do OTPs go for? There is one for sale near me for $85 and seems like a good price. It looks to be in pretty good condition and it's already been cleaned up. Any advice?

It will depends on the color and your color preference. I wouldn't mind spending over $100 for a sage in great condition but probably wouldn't spend over $20 for a black.

Put a side panel on both sides and you'll have a switch hitter. All my ssp's have panels on both side.

I'm not sure there's enough of them out there to get a reliable "market price." I picked mine up for $50. Not sure if I would have pulled the trigger at $85.
There are two near me, one green and one blue. Both look to be in pretty good condition, but I already have a green kettle and I'm partial to blue.
That sage looks 100x better to me in that ssp frame. Nice job.
I like it!

Nice mod! How hard is it to get that aftermarket lid bale from Weber if you don't have a gen4?

Part no. is 65188. I just called Weber and ordered by part no. They never asked if I had a gen4. I never told them I didn't have one.
