Title: Kettle pizza clone advice
Post by: LiquidOcelot on July 26, 2018, 01:52:22 PM
So a while ago i got a pellet popper attachment that didnt work so i took it all apart. I still have the ring. I was thinking about cutting it and making a pizza attachment. Now besides the small holes that just need bolts to fill them it has hash marks on the side. Im wondering if they NEED or SHOULD be filled in or closed off or if it really matters. But the front has the perfect spot where the pellet shoot was to make my cut. Also has grate straps at 2 different locations to have a level stone and maybe a heat deflector up top. Let me know what you guys think

Disclaimer : the avacado ill NOT be used for pizza if i decide to move along with the project

Wouldn't you rather make a roti or skewer ring?

Cut a lid for pizza
