Quick dinner on the Gen2 Performer tonight which included a whole chicken spatchcocked chicken with all spice seasoning and some smokeys and couple russet potatoes.Turned out moist and delicious.Sorry forgot to take plated photos..last thing you think about when youre haaangry lol
