I did (among other things ;D) a couple of spatchcocked chickens, i used Bone Suckin Sauce rub on them. I did the "snake" method (sensing a theme? ;D ;D) They cooked at about 300deg on the Redhead and Blue (see Red Vs Blue) The Redhead cooked faster with the same setup!
