Title: My Perfect Baby Back Ribs
Post by: elninohese on June 25, 2018, 05:23:55 AM
Question

with all the 3-2-1 at 210f etc..low and slow--wrap etc.  My favourite is higher temp 270 for 2.5 hours nakkid .5 with sauce and done.  Anyone else like this style for 3 hours ribs no wrap, plain?  So tender, have done other ways listed above, but like these the best...

Yeah I don't wrap ribs.  I usually run them 225-250 and the time depends on the rack.  I go until there is a slight tug in the toothpick test, then I sauce and let the sauce set.  A rest for about 20 and then chow time.
