Pork tenderloin roast...

Garlic and onion powder, black pepper, and a hint of brown sugar rubbed on top...

This turned out awesome.... very juicy!!!

Cooked at about 300-350 for about an hour and 20.... to about 155* (I love my igrill mini)

Now only if I had some s'mores....

Looks great! I've got the iGrill mini too and it's awesome.

Did you happen to brine the roast too? Or just put the rub on it?

That looks tasty! But isnt it a Pork Loin?? Looks too big for a tenderloin.

Valid point, I stand corrected... habit, I'm used to having only tenderloins to work w...
