How many people smoke bacon from the store. Wright brand bacon is usually what I use. It is already smoke so not sure if smoking it agin matters ?

I put maple syrup and brown sugar and smoke the bacon until crisp..

Or you could just rub the bacon with Maple sugar as well ;)
