I've done chicken breast strips on them. And smallish thighs. Oh and tilapia, salmon...i really liked all of it.

The cedar taste is pretty strong, but it works.
Whereabouts in Belgium are you? My wife & I spent out honeymoon in Belgium. Amazing country, with the best best beer in the world of course. ;)

We based out of Hasselt, staying with some friends. From there we did side trips to Bruges, Brussels, Tongeren, & Balnkenberge. We also hit a few other cities in other nearby countries, but Belgium was our favorite. Bruges was amazing! I had a great cigar in a little shop there. (Went well with all the waffles & beer we consumed.)
