Finally was able to score a Performer Gen3 today. Can't wait to get it cleaned up and in use. Ordered the replacement grates. Still deciding on what the first cook will be.

All cleaned up and ready to rumble. Going to try a pork shoulder this weekend. Picked up the fire bricks today to setup the low and slow.
