This was outrageous. 4 lb at 275ish for 1.5 hour to 130 internal. Cherry for smoke.

Oh man I want to do this!! GFS sells Eye of Round at a great price and I nicer buy it cuz I have no ideas to cook it. Thanks for this!!

Thanks guys!  Try one out if you haven't. I basically followed howtobbqright's recipe. It's really easy.

I only used a little less than 1/2 chimney and it held 275 solid for 1.5 hours. 

The Mini WSM is really a solid cooker and a fuel saver.
