I have had positive results with most every Stubb's product I've tried, so I decided to buy a new marinade I hadn't seen before. I used the Stubb's "Citrus and Onion" and followed the directions, using chicken breasts that I cubed up.
I loaded up some skewers with the chicken and pieces of green onion, then out to my Performer that was ready to go.

I cooked them about 75/25, indirect/direct, for about 30 minutes or so.

Plated up with some basmati rice and brined cabbage, cucumbers and a few hits of sriracha

This cook didn't take much time and was a bit different from my go-to flavors. The Stubb's marinade was very tasty and I'll be using again for sure.
Nice looking plate! Chix kebabs are always a crowd pleaser.
