Many thanks to @toebone for providing a high quality scan of the 1992 Aussie catalog to us!  This is the catalog that introduced the Performer down under. I believe this could be the first year for the Outrider, as well.

Interestingly, the picture of the MasterTouch does not have an enclosed ash pan. The same design was introduced in the US 2 years prior, but described as the One Touch Plus.
