Had a few people over for dinner so I put 7 lbs of beef on the Kettle. 9 hours start to finish ready to eat. I did a 2 layer rub, and put it in a base of fresh cut; sweet & red onion, red & green bells, garlic, Anaheim chilies and a couple other things
