Man all these hanging ribs cooks looks amazing! Can this be done on a kettle? Maybe with a roti ring and cutting the slabs in half?

Those look great!  I haven't tried hanging ribs yet but i have cooked chicken and ribs in the wsm with no water pan. I love the flavor it gives chicken and pork.
