If steam is pumping out of the stacks, the locals know we are open.
Next 2 weekends are the Open House statewide. NY is the 2nd largest producer of Syrup in the US. Vermont being the first.

That's a great looking shack! I've become obsessed with off-the-grid relax shacks. This obviously is a working shack but love the design.
