I'm not familiar with that cut. Camel toe is all I know about.

I'm sure that type of meat requires either a very low temperature or sliced to smaller portions and cooked at a very temperature.

Ha!  @Travis you must be telling me that camel will give me the runs...

On a side note, Low and slow on lean meats is generally a bad idea...

I would cook it like you would a lean piece of beef...Like bottom round perhaps...Medium rare at most for the finish temp...

However...If ya only have one chance to get it right I wouldn't listen to me...Google is your friend...

You can cook it the same as domestic moose knuckle.

Never had camel, other than the aforementioned camel toe... 8) There were no grills involved.

Well, depending on your location, make sure the camel is outfitted with the correct "real registered EU/US/UK/AUS/CAN documents passports id driver's licences" otherwise there could be trouble. Especially in Georgia. They especially don't like CAN driver's licenses there.

Then, cook, eat, and enjoy the camel and report back here how it tasted.

I'm rather saddened by this group right now, it took 3 posts before camel toe came up, you guys are slipping!

Cut it into thin steaks and quickly sear on each side.

What is this "toe" thing? We aren't cooking toes here, are we?

It's a guy thing...  ;) it's an effect created by a pair of pants or shorts that fit very tightly around a woman's groin, drawing attention to the shape of the external genitals. Hence, it looks like a camel toe...
