I was using up some stuff. 2/3 beef to 1/3 sausage, 2 eggs, crushed crackers seasoning, cheese and 2 jalapeño slices in the middle. Topped with 2 jalapeño slices, glazed with bbq sauce, let it set, then cheese and a drizzle of sauce on top.
