First smoke on my new Weber 22 kettle. I think if it wasn't for the snow and freezing temps, this would have cooked much faster. Coming from an 18 inch kettle, the time between adding more coal using the snake method is substantially longer.

This is one of the better ones I've done and by far the best smoke ring I've pulled off. But by 10pm there's only so many snacks you can feed the misses who thought dinner would be at 6 before she's passes out on the couch. Thankfully I held out for greatness, best decision I had made all week.
I made her lunch and apparently a couple other people. Everyone raved about it so I'm pinning this a success!
