Needed some apps for a football party today so I made some bacon wrapped chicken breasts. It was inappropriately cold today so I grilled near the back door. I used a little pecan for flavor. Quick and tasty cook. Also gave me a chance to show off the handles my wife got me for Christmas.

They were simple and delish. I had some McCormick bourbon and brown sugar rub that I put on the chicken before I wrapped it so it was a good sweet and smoky combo.

That looks and sounds great! I might try those but sneak a sliver of jalapeño in there but I add those to everything.
