Title: Omaha Steaks Filets

As it was below zero in Indiana today, the charcoal fleet stayed in port.  The trusty Genesis got the call for some Omaha Steaks filets I got for Christmas.  Seasoned with St. Elmo's seasoning, a local famous Indy steakhouse.  Rounded it out with some veggies and hasselback potatoes.
