Had some country style ribs in the fridge . Thinking today would be a good day to slow cook . 
central Illinois is cold, rainy , and WINDY!!!! but I went ahead and got the ol kettle ready . I don't know how long these are gonna take but it may be a FEW hours. Guess see see what happens ! It's almost beer 30 anyway.....

Gotta love this weather we're having. I enjoy the difference in coal set up and usage amounts from winter to summer. Makes it interesting and fun.

Well. It all worked out . Took way longer than I wanted it to but they smell so good . These things are cheap and good eatin !

4 hours . Last little bit I threw them over the coals . But these things stay juicy
