Smoking 2 racks of baby back ribs using memphis dust and pecan chunks on my red M/T. First time trying out the ikea rib rack.

Yeah I have to look it up to remember the name. It worked great for 2 racks using snack method. If I had a SNS or minion method it would fit more.
