It's always better when you're cooking on a Weber!
I used a cup of chicken broth, 6 tbs of butter, 1/2 c lemon juice, and 2 tbs of Weber Nola creole seasoning. Only used 1/2 a cup to inject the turkey and the other half I poured into the water bowl.
