For lunch this day, I cooked up some snags (sausages) while cleaning out the shed. Getting ready for some better cruising weather.

Ingredients:
Burgers:
700grams of regular beef mince (you want fatty meat)
300 grams of pork mince
2 teaspoons of Weber branded gourmet burger seasoning
3 teaspoons of garlic powder
3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
Toppings:
6 rashers of bacon
smokey bbq cheese slices
Jarlsberg cheese slices
Havarti cheese slices
Bread:
6 x hamburger buns.
Directions:
1. mix all of the burger ingredients and make into 6 patties.
2. cook bacon rashers in half (width way) then precook and place on paper towel to drain.
2. place patties in fridge for about an hour, to firm up.
3. place patties in Weber, using indirect heat via vortex or similar and cook for 20-25 minutes with lid on.
4. place a slice of smokey cheese on each pattie and cover with the lid for 1-2 minutes, or until cheese melts a little.
5. place a piece of bacon on each patty and top with a slice of Jarlsberg cheese, cover with lid for 1-2 minutes or until cheese has melted a little.
6. place another piece of bacon on each patty and top with a slice of Havarti cheese, cover with lid and cook for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts a little.
7. cut buns in half and lightly toast on each side.
8. place a pattie on each burger bun bottom and then top with your favorite sauce. I used a McDonalds Big Mac sauce.
Wow all that looks amazing! Great collection as well.
