Does anyone in the US have any experience with support and registration of grills that are meant for other countries? I logged into my Weber support account online and tried to register a SJ Premium but I can't because its the UK edition. If I call will they register it under my account or are we not able to register because we shouldn't have them in the first place?
Brandon your ears must have been ringing because I was just thinking the same thing.
I registered my UK fire pit #2750 supposedly last month. Ran into the same issue as you with the online reg. Called Weber one night and was asked to email picts so they could register it manually for me. I never received a confirmation email back which the CSR told me I would receive. I have sent 2 follow up emails with no responses.
