One handle ... the beginning of the cheapness ... whenever I get one I always am tempted to add the lid bale and maybe Master-Touch the whole thing with ash bucket and thermometer. I think that the previous Bar-B-Kettles of the 1990s taught Weber they could save money in creative ways by leaving stuff out. Love the plum!
Lime ... never seen one in person but like the yellow-ish character that green always seems to have in photos.

One handle is one touch silver. I love my ots. You can hang the lid on 3 sides.
