Hey guys. I've missed out a couple 18's this year for one reason or another. I've really wanted one for a few years now and finally with help from @db3694 I️ got one. Drew had already tricked this thing out with casters, gaskets, ports, handles and a lid hinge.
I️ got her home and wanted to do a run on her to see how she does so we picked up a couple pork steaks just to throw on (can't waste fuel) and see how she does.
It's been a few hours now and I️ haven't had to mess with anything. Very, very nice.

Hey Trav, this is the recipe I'm trying, https://www.gimmesomeoven.com/beef-jerky/ it peaked my interest because I don't care for teriyaki or "sweet" jerkies... I figure I'll use this as a starting point and change to fit my preference...
