A friend recently recommended Grace Jerk seasoning. Just about killed the first jar and it is absolutely amazing stuff. The best jerk sauce IMHO. Found it at my local Kroger.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20171018/0c2d1eee54d5c7b9d9441a7f81814711.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20171018/a4444274c11db67b296609bd91ac7b29.jpg)

I've been using Grace products for years! Try it diluted with apple or pineapple juice and inject it into a full pork loin then put it on the rotisserie. Brush the outside with a bit and cook to medium rare...
Sounds excellent- will give it a try. Thx

Have you tried Walkerswood Jerk seasoning? It is amazing too!
Thanks for the suggestion. I see Walmart carries Walkerswood. Next on my list to try.

I haven't seen the Grace product at my usual stops, but have used the Walkerswood, with great results. Walkerswood has a paste type rub, as well as a marinade style sauce.. I have only used the marinade style, on chicken wings, and like it very much. Talk about hot wings! Very flavorful too. The Grace product looks very similar.
My friends wife used to work for Grace in Kingston. When they cook jerk if they use Grace seasoning it's as a base and pile other seasoning on top of it.

I've been using Grace products for years and find them to work very well (especially the made in Jamaica ones). I've also been adding dry spice over top lately as well.
