Shrooms are marinated in parm/garlic salad dressing for twenty minutes before grilling.

I tested the meat in the crock-pot about 40 minutes before it was done....it was tough as heck and read 205-210 using the blue Thermapen. I did not get a reading on it when it was done....I just know the fork twisted easily.

I used pecan and cherry chunks on top of a mix of lump and briquettes.
I add mushrooms all the time. Gives it a great flavor.
Nice ! I found a bag I had sealed from 4 months ago . It was better today then when I cooked it. Next time will add mushrooms for sure. Looks great and thanks for the idea
