Title: 7 lb Butt and Beef Flanken Ribs

Butt slathered in Olive Oil, Plowboys Yardbird Rub, Kingsford Charcoal and a few chunks of Hickory

3 hours in, I added Ribs for tonight's supper

3 hours later the ribs were ready
