Haven't posted a cook here in a while. Fired up the B code red for some wings today. Lit a chimney of royal oak lump and dumped on top of some previous coal. Some apple for smoke and Budweiser for the drink.
Seasoned the wings with Owens buffalo seasoning. No sauce.
Seared direct heat for a minute or so then moved indirect for 20-30 minutes.
