Those look fantastic!  They look big. What was the oz or weight of those?

I tried the steak with horseradish sauce from this weber book! I don't have the horseradish sauce in the pic since I am the only one that will eat horseradish at my house!  I highly recommend the new Greatest Hits weber book!(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170712/6637230cd81039a0e4eb20ae74d5cbdb.jpg)

I love horseradish. Mix it with mayonnaise. Makes a good sandwich taste great.

I don't have exact size of them but I think maybe 12 oz/each?
