Just cooking up chicken for the week while the GF makes the sides. Also did steak fajitas for dinner. The fajitas were actually amazing. Ore marinaded in cilantro line from Costco. It came with a dipping sauce which I just included into the marinade.
Also testing the new thermo. Replaced my aftermarket grate level thermo for a weber factory one. Seems to read about the same but I like having the consistency of the matching manufacturer.
