I was going to originally use pictures in this post, but had way too many to sort through. My daughter suggested I try the iMovie app on my phone out and make a video instead. After a bit of training, this is what I came up with. It's only about 1-minute, with no audio.
I only made 2 pepperoni pizzas and they were almost identical in appearance, and cooked within minutes of each other. Pretty basic, but very tasty. I used oak bourbon barrel staves for the wood smoke. By far, these chunks have produced the best "wood fired" flavor for my liking.
