Getting ready for a Family party on Sat..Doing 17lbs of pork shoulder on the custom. This is the start to 3hrs in mark... only 11hrs To go. It's going to be a long night.

Charcoal on the back blocked with tinfoil and tinfoil on the bottom blocking the vents. Apple wood and black cherry wood every hour for first 4hrs. Spray with beer and apple juice every hour for 14 or so hours unless I pass out. 😂
I know it is over kill but damn it turns out good.

6 hours left... when I was young at this this time I was on my second wind ready to go another 8hrs... now..... not so much.
