Title: Hasselback Potatoes & some thick chuckeyes
Post by: Troy on June 28, 2017, 12:55:06 AM
I went to the grocery looking for something easy at the meat counter.
Everything looked shitty, it was all chicken breast...

So I grabbed some good ol steak and potatoes for some quick Tuesday night CHARCOAL grilling.
I bought the steak at 6pm and ate steak at 8. No gas used.

Great video keep up the good work. Hasselback potatoes look amazing. I need to try those. My wife always gets on me for taking too long from start to finish when I grill out.

Im going to try them taters.

I appreciate you trying to make that handle work on at least a couple of your grills, to bad it dont work better for breaking up the heat. The handles I have on my grills get very hot in the warm weather too.

Cmonnnnn... you haven't tried Hasselbacks? I thought this was one of your many specialties.
The handle looks so radass I don't want to remove it. Do I dare put it on a chimney? Will a vertical mount be cooler (thermally)?
