I learned about these here on the WKC so I thought I'd give them a try. Nothing fancy just some Sweet and Smokey rub by GrillMates on the country style ribs. Smoked with pecan chunks at 225° for 3 hours using the SnS. Also had some baked beans hidden down in the basement. (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170626/7be2bd93b61a3bfda693580b8d7a26de.jpg)
Cut up and added some Sticky Fingers Sweet Carolina sauce and back on for an hour.

Pretty happy with how they turned out, although looking forward to trying them again soon as I'd like to try getting them crispy with higher heat.

They were done in time to enjoy the sunset.
