I found this in the fridge.. forgot it was there (yes, it's still within the expiration date..) I'm planning on putting this on the grill this evening.

It's not that large so I'm assuming it's a fairly short cook time. I assume indirect heat? Perhaps throw a pan of water and some applewood on?

I just did 4 the other night, direct heat, sorry but I didn't note the particulars... but dang it was good!!! I love a good pork tenderloin!
PS, oh yeah, you were asking for ideas, I just did a medley of zucchini, yellow squash, sliced portabellini mushrooms and onion as my side dish...MmmmmM.

I'd throw it in the rotisserie basket & give it a spin.
The swineapple looks like a good one to try sometime!
I wound up wrapping it up in bacon and smoking it. I didn't quite go low and slow but I had it on there a good 90 mins with a little apple wood tossed on top of the charcoal. I tried out the 18" redhead to see how it did with smoking.
18" did pretty well!

I've also stuffed 'em with sausage (par-cooked) and then wrapped them in either bacon or prosciutto. I call it the "Pork Trifecta."
