Title: Simple Breakfast for One

Because it is going to get very hot today around 95F, I decided to do breakfast while it is still cooler outside. My guys are out on a father/son trip so I just have to cook for one. Simple turkey bacon and eggs. But my real reason was to try my new gourmet grate and the ss paella pan I got yesterday. Worked well and tasted good
