Title: MN 4/18/13
Post by: glrasmussen on April 18, 2013, 03:37:05 PM
I have been going nuts waiting for the weather to clear here. My winter purchases linger in the garage to be worked on. Stable wants a cleaning and a family picture. But this is what I'm looking at tonight...

Good luck Jeff....there was 18" of solid ice on the lakes in NE Wisconsin less than two weeks ago.  You may want to bring your tip ups.

Just flew in to Chicago from Seattle. Rain had stopped somewhat, so I had a good look at the landscape coming in. Amazing how many neighborhoods were under water! Hope our Chi-town boys high and dry.

Here's what I say about snow:  BS.  Get the shovel and clear a path.  Fill up your insulated coffee cup and fire up a kettle and take some cool pictures.  BTW, It is nice and warm next to your Weber.  :)  We had about 10.5 inches on the ground yesterday. The sun was very bright today.  If I was not at work, I would have been out walking the dog and cooking on a Weber or skiing. 8)
