I'm loving this setup. Very nice sir. Is that clay piece your garlic roaster? Never seen anything like it.

Yes. It's a terra cota garlic roaster. It works well.

Oh yeah!!  Some badass stuff going on right there.  Really cool set up and love the garlic roaster.
