Title: mothers day tri tip

doing a few firsts. first tri tip, first roti pineapple, first doctored basement beans . same ol potatoes same ol corn

Tro=Tip is our favorite!   You can't ask for a better first time cook than that.

Steak looks fantastic. What is your 'same ol' corn method? looks like you open your husks up to apply something then retie them.

Also, love the kids grill in the photo. I've been considering getting one for my 2.5 yr old son.

I'm actually restoring/ cleaning the shit out of the bowl for my buddy and he's gonna fix the frame, the upper rails are rusted out. all it needs besides that is the ash bucket ring.  he's planning on re welding square tubing on but longer that the original to extend the table and adding a fry burner to it. me talking about the club and showing him everyone's builds has sparked his longing for a bad ass outdoor cooking station.

once my wife's school is over I'll have to try and make it up there. seems all the better deals are up north anyhow lol
