Title: Hopefully it cooks better than it looks!
Post by: bryanw21157 on April 16, 2013, 10:00:04 AM

14 bucks for the 22 ga steel
1 buck for the pan

Ugly, but hopefully does a good job...

It'll look better once you get some smoke on it.  ;)

I hope you took a file and knocked down the sharp edges a little (or risk finding out why sheet metal workers don;t always have ten fingers.  :o )

Diagrams?  I have put the smokenator in my cart multiple times but always backed out.

No file yet...nothing give meat extra flavor like blood...just kidding.

I will put up a diagram of what I did tomorrow.  Easy as pie to make...

Passed the test!

Such an innocent pork loin...didn't know what hit it.   Just a 2 lb'er...I wanted to eat before it got too late.

That cook looks might Buckieish except his grill would be full of turds and sawdust. It looks like the homeade smokenator worked out nicely. Please post the how to on it.
