Let's see your vote
Ok so I'm grilling two whole chickens all cut up. I marinated them all night in a beer/home made bbq sauce.
I am not wanting to cook them fast. But I have two choices.
Slow n Sear or Vortex.
Let's see your vote.
Thanks

SnS...
Keep all chicken pieces away from direct heat. Keep temp at 350* and cook 1.25ish hours.

SNS. Only cause I would worry about the sugar in your marinade burning with the vortex.
Don't have either but I'm certain I would use sns with the marinade your using

How'd the chicken turn out?
Oh it came out wonderful. Needed about 1 hr 30 minutes all indirect heat at about 400-450 degrees weber briquettes which lasted through the whole cook time. Both top and bottom vents at 1/2 open. Turned the chicken once after 1 hr. Sprayed once or twice with olive oil with a pump oil spray bottle.
Juicy with a few char marks.
