Stainless bowl with the bottom cut out. Can't believe how something with such an simple concept can cook so good. Did some chicken thighs. Loaded it up with hot charcoal, all vents wide open and chicken on. That simple. Love it and loving this master touch. Should have bought one years ago. Don't know if I'll ever need to use my ugly drum smoker again.

Just trolling the WSM peeps, eh? Actually looks like a great idea. I like to use my kettle for chicken and the WSM for ribs, brisket and pork anyway. Now I need to grab a stainless bowl. What did you use to remove the bottom of the bowl.

Angle grinder and a zip cut disc (metal cutting disc)
