My wife used to make this a lot on the Holland grill we had, it was always great but after switching to charcoal she doesn't grill that often anymore and I guess we forgot about this. It's pretty simple but always tasty. Chicken breast, bacon, onion slice, pineapple slice, provolone slice and BBQ sauce. Stack it all in any order that works.
